Disclaimer: IIM-CAN acts as an introducer between the investor and start-up companies to enable the start-up companies to get the required investments. Services rendered by IIM-CAN are distinct and separate from a Stock Exchange which is set up under the provisions of Securities Contract Regulation Act, 1956. IIM-CAN is not a Stock Exchange and is only a facilitator for investments.

Welcome to IIM-CAN (“IIM-CAN” “we” “us” or “our”). IIM-CAN provides services related to networking, matchmaking, investment proposals, startup growth, and startup exit facilitation.

◦ Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect the information in relation to our web site and any software provided on or in connection with IIM-CAN services (collectively, the “Service”), and your choices about the collection and use of your information.
◦ By using our Service you understand and agree that we are providing a platform for you to do networking, matchmaking, investment proposals, startup growth, and startup exit facilitation (“User Content”), by the Service and to share User Content publicly.    Following termination or deactivation of your account, IIM-CAN may retain information and User Content for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, and/or audit purposes.
